Maintain resident profiles
Record the minimum information needed to personalise TESS, such as name and date of birth, only for residents with an approved lawful basis and authorised access.
For TESS care facilities
Facility access is provided after onboarding. Your authorised team can review TESS activity, manage devices and maintain the resident profiles needed for a more personal experience.
Designed for authorised teams
Give each care home a clear, private view of its own TESS service—without mixing its information with another organisation.
What authorised users can do

See aggregate activity trends, feature use and engagement patterns to support local service improvement—not clinical decision-making.
Access is issued after onboarding

Privacy and governance
The facility portal must be a separate, protected application. Resident data stays within the facility boundary, access is role based, and every sensitive action is auditable.
