How we work

Sustainability & responsible technology

Consider the whole life of the technology.

Published 7 October 2026 · Version 1.0 · TRUSELV LTD

Start with a useful need

Choose technology around a practical care need. Consider whether existing compatible equipment can meet it before buying additional hardware.

Plan for the device lifecycle

Discuss durability, maintenance, repair, software support, replacement and responsible disposal in procurement. Follow the device manufacturer’s charging, cleaning and battery instructions.

Measure before making claims

Assess energy use, device lifespan, consumables and end-of-life arrangements together. Reduced marker or paper use alone does not establish a net carbon saving.

Responsible disposal

Confirm an appropriate electrical-waste route and secure removal of personal information before a device is reused or recycled. Contact us before returning hardware.

A transparent approach

This page sets out practical considerations. It is not a measured carbon footprint, a carbon-neutral claim or a published net-zero commitment. Ask us for the evidence relevant to your project.
