How do Standard and Organisation differ?

Standard is personal TESS for an individual or household, using guest access or a private account. Organisation adds central management: staff roles, wards, residents, licensed tablets, configuration and appropriate activity reporting.

What makes Dedicated different?

Dedicated includes your own server environment and a scoped integration. We agree the systems, hosting, interfaces, data responsibilities, testing, maintenance and support before deployment.

Why do paid plans say request a quote?

Your quote reflects your users, devices, usage allowances, support and deployment needs. Dedicated also includes the agreed server and integration scope. We confirm the price and terms before you decide.

Are tablets included?

Hardware is quoted separately unless your proposal explicitly includes it. Tell us about your existing devices or ask us about a suitable tablet setup.

Can I book a demo for any package?

Yes. Every package has a demo option, including Standard, Organisation and Dedicated. You can explore TESS and discuss your needs before choosing.

What about Bedbord pricing?
