Access with a purpose
The TESS facility portal supports role-based access, device licensing and activity reporting. Access should match each person’s responsibilities. Ask TruSelv to confirm the controls available for your contracted release.
Information that belongs in the service
Agree which resident information is necessary, who is responsible for it and how long it is retained. Do not submit patient records, passwords or payment-card details through website contact forms.
Before connecting systems
Scope the data flow, authentication, hosting, retention, supplier responsibilities and failure handling before enabling an integration. Request the relevant agreement and release-specific evidence during procurement.
Report a security concern
Email support@truselv.co.uk with the affected service and a brief description. Ask for a secure route before sharing sensitive evidence. Do not exploit an issue, access other people’s information or disrupt the service.
