Which product should I explore?
Bedbord is for bedside information and a more personal alternative to whiteboards. TESS is for tablet-based communication and engagement. A demo can cover either product or both.
How do I request a demonstration?
Use the demo request form. Tell us about your setting, product of interest and what you want to see. We’ll agree a time with you by email.
Where can I find the TESS app?
Visit the TESS app section for current availability information. We will publish verified App Store and Google Play listings there when available.
How do I report a product issue?
Contact support@truselv.co.uk with the product, device model, app version, approximate time and a description. Do not include patient records or screenshots containing personal information.
What if displayed information looks wrong?
Use your approved source record and local clinical checks. Follow your organisation’s escalation and downtime process. Then report the issue to your local product lead and TruSelv without sharing patient data through this website.
How do I clean a device?
Follow the supplied manufacturer’s instructions and your organisation’s infection prevention policy. Do not infer cleaning compatibility from product photographs or use an unapproved chemical.
Can I request a more accessible document?
Yes. Tell us the document and format you need using the contact page. We will discuss an accessible alternative.
How do I cancel or return an order?
Visit delivery & returns for the process and a downloadable cancellation form. Please contact us before sending hardware to our correspondence address.
Do you offer 24-hour support?
Support hours, response targets and escalation routes are agreed in the relevant product or organisation contract. This website does not promise 24-hour monitoring or emergency support.
